She completed a Master’s Degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at the International University of Valencia, she is a teacher at the San Francisco de Quito University and a national trainer on mediation, negotiation and conflict management issues.

Eliana Sáenz Álvarez has a degree, lawyer and doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. She has a Master’s Degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of Valencia, Spain.
